A spiral staircase leads up from the Main Balcony to the superb Cocktail Balcony, which resides on the top level of the house. The Cocktail Balcony is one of the highest platforms in the surrounding Sandbaai area which boasts a panoramic 360 degree view, the ocean on your one side and the mountains on your other. This is indeed an excellent spot to witness the sun rising over the Hemel-en-Aarde Mountains and then, later on, enjoy an exotic cocktail as it sets into the ocean directly in front of the house.
