* For parties bigger than 14 pax an additional R 200 is charged per night.

* Please note that there is a R1000 breakage deposit and a R350 post clean charge to be added to the above rates

* School holidays have a minimum 3 night stay

Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment & deposit. Bookings are
accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellations within week of proposed stay will be subject to full payment.

Cancellations up to 7 days before date of commencement of stay incur a 50%
cancellation fee!

Deposits are refundable up to 10 days after the end of stay should the establishment
be in order & there are no breakages.

The establishment is used at your own risk. Crimson moon investments and its related parties  take no responsibility & liability for loss or injury, accidental or otherwise.

Tenants are to contact crimson views/letting agent immediately in the event of any serious problems experienced during their stay.
